FELTFORMA is not a factory.
Every piece is custom hand-sculpted to order from natural wool. We do not take finished products from shelves, and we do not use machines to shape our pieces.
The process is deliberately slow and hands-on. Each item is formed individually, finished by hand, and allowed the time it needs to become a FELTFORMA piece.
For this reason, our wholesale production is intentionally limited.
Undyed Wool Sauna Hats
Our Alpine undyed wool sauna hats are available for selected wholesale and retail partners in small batches.
Current production capacity is approximately 60 hand-sculpted sauna hats per month, depending on the design, order requirements, and studio schedule.
Because every hat is made individually, small variations are natural and part of the character of handmade, undyed wool.
Wholesale Orders
We work with selected:
- sauna and wellness businesses
- spas and bathhouses
- hotels and retreats
- concept stores and boutiques
- online retailers
- premium wellness brands
Wholesale pricing is available for approved businesses purchasing FELTFORMA products for resale.
Minimum quantities, production timing, pricing, and available models are confirmed individually for each order.
Dropshipping
Dropshipping may be available for selected retail partners.
Your customer places an order through your store, and FELTFORMA creates the piece individually after the order is received.
We can ship either to your business or directly to your customer, depending on the arrangement.
Because our products are made to order, dropshipping should not be understood as conventional warehouse fulfilment. There is no shelf of ready-made FELTFORMA pieces waiting to be dispatched.
Lead Time
Production time depends on the product, quantity, and current studio schedule.
For small wholesale orders, please allow approximately 2-3 weeks where possible.
Larger batches may require a longer production period and will be scheduled individually.
If you are planning a launch, retail collection, sauna opening, hotel project, or seasonal order, please contact us early so we can reserve production capacity.
