Welcome to FELTFORMA.COM, the official online store of Feltforma — Hand-Sculpted Undyed Wool Sauna Hats and Slippers (hereinafter "FeltForma").

1. Agreement

This agreement exists between the customer (you) and CUSTOM FOCUS STUDIO LLC (hereinafter "FeltForma"), with its registered office at 3 Emily Road, Far Hills, NJ 07931, United States. The contract is formed once FeltForma receives your order. Upon purchase, you will receive an automatic email containing your order number; please note that we do not send manual or personalized order confirmations immediately after purchase. FeltForma reserves the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion. Each order is treated as a separate agreement.


2. Hand-Sculpting & Delivery

My name is Dovile, and I hand-sculpt each FeltForma item personally for you after your order arrives; we do not keep items on shelves. Standard hand-sculpting production takes 10 business days per order. If you have requested a custom width or provided custom measurements, the crafting process may take longer. While the initial order confirmation is automated, you are always welcome to send me messages or questions, and I will reply to you personally. I am committed to keeping my customers informed and will provide personal pre-shipment updates regarding your order's progress.

All orders are dispatched and delivered from our artisan workshop in Vilnius, Lithuania (Europe). Every order shipped to the United States is sent using a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping service. This means that FeltForma handles and covers all import customs clearance, duties, and taxes for U.S. deliveries; there will be no hidden or additional fees upon arrival. Anyone at the delivery address who receives and signs for the goods shall be presumed by FeltForma to be authorized to receive the delivery on your behalf.

3. Pricing, Sales Tax & Customs Duties

Pricing: The price you will pay is the price specified on the website at the time of your order. You also agree to pay any applicable delivery fees.

U.S. Sales Tax: FeltForma is a New Jersey-based LLC. Our products (hand-sculpted undyed wool footwear and hats) are crafted from 100% carded wool and are legally classified as standard clothing and footwear. Under New Jersey law, these items are exempt from New Jersey Sales Tax (0% rate). For all other U.S. states, we currently operate under "Small Seller Exemptions" and do not collect sales tax at checkout. This policy is reviewed annually and may be updated as our sales volume changes.

European Orders (EU & EEA Customers): Since FeltForma's artisan workshop is located in Vilnius, Lithuania — a member state of the European Union — all orders shipped within the EU and EEA are treated as domestic shipments. There are no import duties, customs fees, or hidden charges for European customers. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.

Australia: Orders to Australia may be subject to GST upon arrival, collected by Australian customs. This is a standard import tax set by the Australian government and is not charged or controlled by FeltForma.

Canada: There are no import duties on FeltForma orders shipped to Canada. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay, with no additional customs charges upon arrival.

Chile: There are no import duties on FeltForma orders shipped to Chile. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay, with no additional customs charges upon arrival.

Norway, Switzerland & United Kingdom: These countries are outside the EU, so your order may go through local customs upon arrival. Any import fees are set by your country's customs — not by us. Most of our undyed wool hat and slipper orders arrive without any issues, but we recommend checking with your local post office if you have any concerns.

4. Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Each FeltForma piece is individually hand-sculpted by Dovile (learn more about Dovile) and undergoes a strict personal quality check before shipping to ensure it meets our highest standards. Because every item is uniquely custom-made to order according to your exact measurements, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on our items.

Please note that as a natural fiber product, slight variations in texture, density, and appearance are inherent characteristics of handcrafted wool and are not considered defects.

5. Product Care & Labeling

We place no logos on our work. No labels. No signatures other than the wool itself. FeltForma is made for those who have moved beyond the need to be seen wearing a brand.

Our 100% undyed wool products require gentle care to preserve their natural properties and shape. All care and washing instructions provided on our website or with the product must be strictly adhered to. FeltForma declines all responsibility for shrinkage, stretching, or damage caused to the footwear or apparel by improper washing, machine drying, or mishandling.

6. Copyright & Intellectual Property

The entire content of this site, including but not limited to text, graphics, unique product designs, logos, and images, is the exclusive intellectual property of CUSTOM FOCUS STUDIO LLC. You must not use, reproduce, modify, or copy any content in any manner without our prior written consent.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms & Conditions or any order placed with FeltForma, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through direct communication. If a resolution cannot be reached, any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Somerset County, New Jersey, United States.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FeltForma's total liability to any customer shall not exceed the total price paid for the specific order in question. FeltForma shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.

11. Force Majeure

FeltForma shall not be liable for any delay or failure to fulfill an order caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, postal or carrier disruptions, customs delays, government actions, or illness. In such cases, FeltForma will communicate with affected customers as promptly as possible and work to fulfill orders at the earliest opportunity.
