This pair carries two shades. Autumn Fleece on the exterior — the warm dark beige of a sheep in late October, just before the mountain cold arrives. Alpine Sand inside — lighter, quieter, the colour the fleece turns in softer light. Where the two meet at the opening of the slipper, they find each other without effort. That line is not designed. It is simply where one animal's wool ends and another's begins.
The wool is water-washed only. No dye has touched either shade — what you see is the raw colour each fleece grew to be. Occasionally a sliver of dry mountain grass remains pressed into the felt. Each pair is wet felted and hand sculpted in Dovilė's Vilnius studio. No seams. No glue. No synthetic material between your foot and the fibre.
