Autumn Fleece inside — the warm dark beige of late October wool, softer, lighter, the colour that greets the foot first. Where the two meet at the opening of the slipper, they find each other without effort. That line is not designed. It is simply where one animal's wool ends and another's begins.
No dye was added to either shade. The colours are the animals' own — both still grazing, entirely unbothered. What you feel against your foot is what each animal grew in open pasture, water-washed and untouched.
The lanolin remains inside the fibre intact, creating a surface the nervous system reads as neutral. Look closely and you may find a small piece of dry mountain grass pressed into the felt.
