The floor is the last thing most people get right. The furniture is chosen, the light is considered, the surfaces are correct — and then the foot meets something synthetic, something that traps heat and smells by noon and wears out before the year is over. These boots exist for the floor that deserves better. Pure felt soles, wool against wood, wool against stone. The home as it was always meant to feel.

At 9 inches, the boot rises just above the ankle — enough to hold warmth at the joint where cold enters first, not so much that the leg feels managed. The form is wider at the opening, softer at the sole, shaped to the foot rather than around it. Alpine wool that retains its lanolin creates a thermal layer the nervous system reads as its own warmth returning. The body settles. The morning begins differently.

The wool is water-washed only. Look closely and you may find a small piece of dry mountain grass pressed into the felt. It is left as found. The grass stayed. The toxins never arrived.

Each boot is wet felted and hand sculpted by Dovile in her Vilnius studio after your order is placed. No pair exists before you choose it. No seams. No glue. The form yields slowly to your foot until it holds the exact shape of you — and nothing else.
