Cold floors or sensitive feet — will these actually help?
Yes. Wool is a natural thermal regulator—warm without overheating and gentle on skin. Our felt is dense yet breathable, so feet feel cozy on cold floors and comfortable year-round.
I have sweaty feet — do wool slippers make that worse?
Wool breathes and wicks moisture, which actually helps prevent sweaty, trapped-in heat. No plastic layers, no glue—just wool, pressure, and time.
Wide feet or high instep — can you make them comfortable?
Absolutely. We offer customized widths and high-instep slippers for both women’s and men’s sizes. Since each pair is sculpted by hand, we can shape the upper for a natural, pressure-free comfort that fits your feet perfectly.
Unsure of size — what if they don’t fit?
As each pair is handmade to order, we do not offer returns or refunds. We craft every pair according to the barefoot measurements you provide us. Please use the sizing table shown with each wool slipper, or if you have any doubts, contact us directly for guidance before ordering.
Can I add a gift note, remove prices, or ship directly to the recipient?
Yes! Add your gift message at checkout and we’ll include it. We never put prices inside the box—receipts go to your email. You can ship directly to the recipient; just enter their address at checkout.
I need a gift by a specific date. Is that possible?
Usually yes. Making time is 10-12 business days, then shipping. Add your date in the checkout note and we’ll prioritize for some extra, when we can. For last-minute gifting, send a digital gift card instantly (contact us please).
Can I customize colors and soles for a truly personal gift?
Definitely. Choose from 30+ artisan-dyed exterior colors and 7 organic interiors. Soles: felt (quiet indoors), natural latex (soft grip), or plant-based rubber (flexible & biodegradable). You can even request small felt decorations (hearts, flowers, initials) — add a note at checkout or message us.
Do you ship to the U.S. with all duties included?
Yes — all U.S. orders ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Taxes and import duties are included, so your recipient won’t be charged anything on delivery.
Do you deliver to Canada, Europe, UK, Australia or Japan?
Yes — we deliver worldwide. We frequently ship to Canada, all Europe, UK, Australia, Japan (and Norway). Every order is packed securely and shipped with tracking. At checkout, you’ll see the options and ETA for your country.
What are the materials? I have sensitive skin.
We use premium Tyrolean wool and plant-based soles. No glue, no plastic layers. It’s gentle on skin, naturally odor-resistant, and designed to last.
How do I care for them?
Air regularly. Spot-clean with cool water and gentle soap. Avoid heat sources. Wool keeps its shape beautifully with simple care.
What if my gift isn’t perfect?
Every pair is handmade to order, customized to your foot measurements and preferences. Because of this, we do not offer refunds or returns. If you have special concerns or need adjustments, please contact us — we’ll do our best to help so your gift feels right.
